Herron^® Sennetabs have been specially formulated for the effective relief of constipation. Each tablet contains a natural stimulant laxative derived from the Senna plant to provide trusted, overnight relief of constipation. Sennetabs are gentle on your system and work for you by assisting the bowel to contract.

Adults and children over 12 years old	1 to 3 tablets at bedtime with water
Children 6 to 11 years	1 to 2 tablets at bedtime with water
Not for children under 6 years of age unless advised by your Doctor

Herron^® Sennesoft

Herron SenneSoft is a dual action, natural laxative solution for the overnight relief of constipation. Each tablet of Sennesoft contains a natural stimulant laxative from the Senna plant combined with a stool softener to provide overnight relief of constipation.

Sennesoft helps the bowel to contract and also softens the stool, ensuring more comfortable, easy motions.

Sennesoft can be effective for conditions such as haemorrhoids, hernia, and after childbirth or abdominal surgery when you need to avoid straining.

Herron Sennesoft Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years old	1 to 3 tablets at bedtime with water
Children 6 to 11 years	1 to 2 tablets at bedtime with water
Not for children under 6 years of age unless advised by your Doctor

• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present
• If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek medical advice before taking Senne products.
• Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence.
• Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
• Do not exceed they daily recommended dose except on medical advice.
• Store below 30 C.

A. No. The general consensus amongst medical professionals is to begin therapy by increasing fibre and fluid intake if the existing diet is considered inadequate.
